We’re having a heat wave in my small corner of the world and I’m loving it. I love to swim and used to day dream about being a mermaid as a little girl. Whenever I get a chance to snorkle or dive, I jump at it. Today, I spent the afternoon at the poolside and people watched while safeguarding my own little fish.

Bathing suits, popsicles, sunglasses, and…the pool are all making my plot bunnies go wild. Hot summer nights can lead to all kinds of mischief, especially by the pool.
