BOO!
WOW! I just checked and it’s been SIX MONTHS since I blogged here at SEx. It’s been a strange and crazy six months. Huh…..anyway…let’s talk about one of my favorite subjects. Men…and women.
I found this really interesting article that listed 8 Things Men Love About Women…besides the obvious boobs and booty.
1. Good posture.
“It’s what good posture says about her. A woman who stands tall typically a) dresses well, b) exercises often, and c) is confident about her body and what it’s good for. And if she’s proud of her figure no matter what shape or size, that makes men take notice, as well.”
Do you agree? Me…not so much…well I agree w/good posture but I take umbrage with A and B. I refuse to get all dolled up for a trip to the grocery store and I rarely exercise but that doesn’t mean I have no confidence or that I never take pride in my appearance…okay on to number two. Tsk…tsk…
2. True grit….knowing how to occasionally “Cowboy Up” if you will. (I’ll buy this one–no one wants a 24 hour whinebag)
3. Baseball Caps….this is cute.
“When we were growing up, we used them to show our team allegiances. In college, we used them to hide bed head. Past the age of 30, we mainly wear them to cover our bald spots. But no matter what team we root for, we like a baseball cap the most when it’s worn by a woman.”
I love ballcaps but they don’t love me
*sigh* I look like a big dork in them.
4. Software Savy….the article’s author says men like women who know their way around a computer. I totally disagree with this one. I have yet to meet a man who thinks women are CAPABLE of knowing their way around the inside of a computer, let alone thinking it’s sexy. I’m not saying all computer nerds are sexist pigs, but take it from this female semi-geeky computer lover….I’ve yet to see the love.
5. Sexy Shampoo….Frankly I gotta call bullshit on this one. The smell of freshly washed hair doesn’t last that long. And I know few women who don’t put something else in their hair.
Perfume and body lotion are nice and all, but the smell of her freshly washed hair that’s nestled up under the chin on a Sunday morning is a reminder of all that’s good about relationships.
6. Understated Underwear–pretty easy to figure out and made me smile. Cuz I tend to wear understated undies….but his comentary made me laugh.
Slinky and small lingerie works for anniversaries, birthday surprises, honeymoons, and other seduce-me moments. But the look that makes men feel both comfortable and excited is when she’s wearing boxers (waistband rolled) and a thin-as-can-be T-shirt that’s neither too tight nor too big. Call it supreme sexiness in the understated. The same effect can be achieved by wearing his old dress shirt and a pair of panties.
7. Dirt and Sweat….LOL just LOL Not all the time but…Okay I’ll bite. Am I wrong?
8. A few Duh moments….and we’re not talking Illegally Blonde here folks.
So are you in? Or are you crying bullshit? Did any of these make you laugh at their ludicrousness? And if you’re a guy….is there something not on this list that gets your motor revving?

LOL Estella….I tend to agree for the most part. Some I can buy but most…uh uh
As one male friend likes to remind me, men are visual creatures.

Boxers and tees–if they’re not his he doesn’t think they’re so hot . . .

LOL Denise I think you’re right about the boxers and T’s. You sure don’t want to see her in some she dragged out of her drawer and be left wondering which previous man in her life left them behind.
