Such a day! My new computer is up and running (thanks to YeDragon) and my old computer is turning to ash in the corner. Had a bit of a thermal issue.

The first card is "fara i viking" which is the "torn away from loved ones for duty, honor and glory" card. I get this quite a bit when I read for young men (and then find out they've just enlisted or something). It represents temporary separation and joyful reunions.

Okay...this card does not come up very often. It's me. My card. The Seeress who spoke the Voluspa to the gods--and gave them their prophecy. Because of her the olds gods played hard, loved hard and died harder. When this card comes up, I know the message is very important. I think it's for the reader who has a loved one leaving soon. He/She will be OK!

Odin on the World Tree. Such a crazy god, that Odin. He sacrificed himself to ummm...himself. I guess he wasn't happy with chickens or baskets of fruit. Anyhoooo...while he was doing the old "hanged man" bit, he had a vision and saw twigs and branches forming symbols on the ground. He grasped the meaning of what he saw and gave humankind the gift of Runes. The written language. Quite prophetic that Odin and writing come up since I'm struggling with the last line in my edits for "Devil's Food Kate" which is Odin's story in my Teaching Old Gods New Tricks series. This card is chock full of symbols that represents smart moves and wisdom. Street smarts and book smarts.

I'd say that this week's overall message is to enjoy, without guilt, your erotic romance ebooks. Stand up against your detractors and if you find an erect and triumphant penis, please do let us know.
