I foresee a class action by firemen's wives and GFs claiming false advertising.
It'll be a jury case, and the jury will have to decide for themselves, won't they? I foresee an all-female jury, followed by a quick cancellation of the suit by the wives and GFs. How much free advertising would all that be worth? I think we should lodge an amicus curiae brief for Hearts Afire as a reliable source material.
